1. Who we are

Shooting.bg is operated by “Shooting.bg” SLLC (UIC/ЕИК 207863399), registered office: 76 Vitosha Blvd, floor 6, apt. 12, Triaditsa, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”, “the range”). Contact: [email protected], +359 88 458 2970. These Terms govern every booking made through this website or by phone, and every visit to the range.

2. Our services

We offer guided recreational shooting sessions, shooting courses, team-building events and optional transfers, all at a licensed shooting range near Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Every activity takes place under the direct supervision of certified instructors and in accordance with the Bulgarian Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Pyrotechnic Articles Act and other applicable Bulgarian law.

3. Bookings and payment

• Bookings are made on this website for a specific date (and time slot for sessions) and are paid in full online through our payment provider. Your card details are processed solely by the provider and never reach our servers.
• A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
• Prices are in euro, include applicable taxes, and cover only what is expressly listed in the description of the session or course.
• Phone bookings are accepted at our discretion under these same terms.

4. Who can take part

• Participants must be 18 or older and present a valid ID on arrival.
• We refuse participation, without refund, to anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, anyone who refuses the safety briefing, or anyone whose conduct endangers safety.
• Tell us in advance about pregnancy, heart conditions, epilepsy, impaired hearing or vision, post-traumatic stress or any other condition that shooting could aggravate. The instructor may adapt the session or refuse participation for safety reasons.
• Spectators are admitted at the instructor's discretion and follow the same safety rules.

5. Safety and conduct on the range

• Every participant completes a mandatory safety briefing before handling any firearm.
• Firearms are handled only at the firing line, under the direct supervision of an instructor, with the muzzle always pointed downrange.
• Instructor commands must be followed immediately and without exception.
• Eye and ear protection is mandatory and provided by us.
• A single breach of the safety rules ends the session without refund.

6. Risks and liability

Shooting sports carry inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated even when every safety rule is followed. They include loud noise, recoil, hot ejected casings, minor burns or abrasions, contact with lead residue and, in rare cases, mechanical malfunction or ricochet.

We keep those risks as low as we can with certified instructors, maintained and regularly inspected firearms, mandatory protective equipment, strict range procedures and insurance, and we apply our full professional skill and care to your safety. By booking, you confirm that you understand and voluntarily accept the inherent risks described above.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, we are not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from a participant's failure to follow the safety briefing or the instructor's commands, from an undisclosed medical condition, or from the inherent risks of the sport described above.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused intentionally or by gross negligence), or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Personal belongings are brought to the range at your own risk.

7. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Date changes and refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. If we cancel

If we have to cancel because of weather, technical failure, instructor unavailability or safety concerns, you choose between a new date and a full refund of everything you paid.

9. Website content

All content on this site (text, photography, logo, design) is owned by us or used with permission and may not be reused without prior consent. The site may not be used for unlawful purposes.

10. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court. As a consumer you may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or use an alternative dispute resolution body.

11. Changes

We may amend these Terms; amendments apply only to bookings made after they are published on this site.
